FujiFilm VisualSonics: Vascular Remodeling Imaging of Murine Vein Grafts Using High Frequency Ultrasound

In January, Dr. Margreet de Vries of Leiden University Medical Center gave an enthralling live webinar that showcased the full potential for using VisualSonics high frequency ultrasound and photoacoustics for vascular research. In her presentation she shared excellent data on visualizing and quantifying blood flow, she used advanced strain analysis to look at wall stress and strain and evaluated vessel wall composition and oxygenation using molecular imaging with photoacoustics.
